Jeanne St. John is the Transaction Manager for Fairways Equities, and assists in the structuring and implementation of creative financial solutions for clients. Jeanne's primary responsibilities are to provide oversight and reporting to the client and to ensure the smooth flow of information between client and investor. Jeanne is often involved in every aspect of her clients' project, including initial financial research and credit underwriting, creating marketing packages, coordinating due diligence, and assisting clients in negotiating leases, construction agreements, and other documentation necessary for compliance with tax and accounting standards.

Prior to joining Fairways Equities in 2004, Jeanne was an analyst for a private equity investment firm in the Dallas area where she was responsible for underwriting and due diligence of all acquisitions as well as providing financial reporting and communications to the firm's investors. Before that, Jeanne was a research analyst for CoStar Group, where she created extensive market and transaction research, particularly in the North Texas Region. Jeanne began her real estate career with Archon Group where she performed real estate and economic forecasting for a variety of internal and external customers, including Archon's parent company, Goldman Sachs.
